Refund Policy

First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for purchasing and supporting us. There is no refund payment, however, we can only refund with store creadit.

If you receive any defective items or dislike the item upon receiving them, you will get a store credit or exchange them with another available in-store item.

Before returning the item, please ensure the clothes are:

  • Unworn/unwashed
  • With tags attached
  • Ensure the parcel is packed nicely before sending it back to us.
  • If you are unhappy with the purchased made , you may send it back to us or come visit the store and replace it with another item that has the same price or an item that costs slightly higher but need to add an additional cash according to the price vary.

Refund Cash Policy

  • No refund cash policy is applicable for any orders (Online & Offline)
  • All total order will be refunded with store creadit with no expiry date

You have 3 days to return an item from the date you made your purchase via physical store.

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received your item that you had made purchase via online (website purchase/shopee/tiktok).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tag and unwash and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Please provide us the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping cost of RM10 (Peninsular Malaysia) will be bear from customer for any exchange item. Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
