First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for purchasing and supporting us.
If you receive any defective items, you will get a store credit or exchange them with another available in-store item.
Before returning the item, please ensure the clothes are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With tags attached
- Pack the item neatly before returning it.
- If you're unhappy with your purchase, you can return it or visit our store to exchange it for another item of the same price or n item that costs slightly higher but need to add an additional cash according to the price vary.
Refund Cash Policy
- We do not offer cash refunds for any orders (online or in-store).
- All refunds will be issued as store credit, which has no expiration date.
Return Policy
- You have 3 days to return an item from the purchase date in-store.
- You have 7 days to return an online purchase (website, Shopee, TikTok) from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, with tags attached, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale, promotional, defective, or discounted items
- Items not in original selling condition
- Gift boxes and packaging materials
- Damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn items
- Accessories
- Pre-order items
Note: In-store returns are only valid for purchases made in the store, while online purchases can be returned via post.
Shipping
Shipping cost of RM10 (Peninsular Malaysia) and RM13 (East Malaysia) will be bear from customer for any exchange item. Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
