Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, you may opt for:

Exchange Policy
We gladly allow exchanges within the timeframe stated below:

In-store purchases: Within 3 days from the purchase date

Online purchases (Website, Shopee, TikTok): Within 7 days from the date parcel is received
To be eligible for exchange, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

With original tags attached

In original packaging

In original selling condition

Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
You may exchange:

With another item of the same price, or

With a higher-priced item (price difference to be topped up by customer)

We do not offer cash refunds for any orders (online or in-store).
