Refund Policy

Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy

First and foremost, thank you for your purchase and for supporting us. We truly appreciate every order placed with our brand.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, you may opt for:

  • An exchange (subject to stock availability), or

  • Store credit (no expiration date)

Kindly note that cash refunds are strictly not provided under any circumstances.


Exchange Policy

We gladly allow exchanges within the timeframe stated below:

  • In-store purchases: Within 3 days from the purchase date

  • Online purchases (Website, Shopee, TikTok): Within 7 days from the date parcel is received

To be eligible for exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • In original selling condition

  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

You may exchange:

  • With another item of the same price, or

  • With a higher-priced item (price difference to be topped up by customer)

 


Strict No Cash Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds for any orders (online or in-store).


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Sale, promotional, discounted, or defective items

  • Pre-order items

  • Accessories

  • Gift boxes and packaging materials

  • Items not in original selling condition

  • Items that are damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn


Return Method

  • In-store purchases must be returned in-store only.

  • Online purchases must be returned via postage.


Shipping Fees (For Exchanges)

Shipping fees are borne by the customer:

  • RM10 – Peninsular Malaysia

  • RM13 – East Malaysia

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees for exchanged items

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
