- Can I change my orders right after I purchase online?
Yes you may only within 1-3 hours time upon purchase. Drop us an email for your inquiry, however, it is only allowed if the item is available for exchange.
- I accidentally choose the wrong size, can I change to the new size?
If you made your purchase online, you can email or WhatsApp us to change your size. We will assist you to change the size only if the item is available.
For walk-in customers, you can drop by our boutique to change your size within 3 days only. Please ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, with good conditions and tags.
- What should I do if I received a defect item?
Kindly contact us through email/ WhatsApp for further assistance. You may also drop by our boutique, our team will be very happy to help.
- I want request for a refund
All sale purchase payment is non refundable. However, you may request a refund only if the product you purchased is defect and has no size available to exchange including from other collection. For example, if you received a defective item and your size is still available you may request for exchange and non refundable payment.
- What should I do if I receive wrong the item?
Apologies if this has happened to you. Please inform us via email or whatsapp in order for us to proceed with your correct item. Once the correct item has arrived, inside the parcel, we will prepare an airway bill including our shipping plastic in order for the courrier to pick up at your place again (based on your preferred time and date, once discuss) or you may drop the return parcel at any courier station available.
- I have made orders for 3 weeks but there is no update about the tracking number.
The tracking number will be given via email/ SMS. However, if you did not get any of the updates, do email us with your order receipt for further assistance.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We do accept payment via Payex and Atome.
Payex do offers multiple payment option for you such as debit or credit cards, online banking and e-wallets (Grab & Touch N' Go),. On top of one-time payments, we also support recurring payments, both from cards and bank account.
Atome is a payment method that allows you to split your bill into 3 installment payments with 0% interest. Atome payment is accepted through debit or credit card from any banks. However, please note that it is only valid for residents of Malaysia and for orders of RM150.00 and above.
